1. Agreement

By accessing or using ReviewReply AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Stanley Grzibovskis, based in Canterbury, United Kingdom.

2. Description of Service

ReviewReply AI provides AI-generated responses to Google Business reviews. The Service generates suggested reply text which you may edit, approve, or reject before publication. You retain full control over what is published.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of a business.

4. Free Trial and Payment

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory content; attempt to circumvent usage limits; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by the Service are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any response before it is published. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legal compliance of AI-generated text. You should review all generated content before publication.

8. Google Business Integration

The Service accesses your Google Business Profile data with your explicit consent via Google OAuth. We only access review data and the ability to post replies on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
